We've had intermittent connectivity issues for almost a month. It's causing issues for students and employees attempting to work from home, and Cox will not help.

Unlike SW Gas or TEP, low-income people are intentionally screwed out of the program for what has become an essential service by Cox. I have been through the mess.

They do this thing where they do not inform you of the option when you sign up, but you can't add the low-income program once you have their standard internet service.

Deinstall/reinstall costs $205, and same-day move isn't 100% certainty, so I'm switching to @CoxComm. Also, mounting to the townhouse would be a challenge w/HOA. If a window bracket mount didn't cost ~$500 (from Poland), I'd be inclined keep Starlink.
