The problem eventually solved itself. I don’t know what was wrong, or what fixed it.

No way to fix it on the website or the app. Had to call a human during business hours. He quickly reversed the charge, but that call shouldn’t have been necessary.

It’s way more affordable, no contracts and no data caps, and the service is just as good if not better. Cable companies have had a monopoly over us for years. No longer.

Your guy changed out some connectors a month ago and now the top of the box is off and wires exposed. Probably wind related or something but needs to be fixed
