I was on the phone for 40 min, then transferred to Tier 2 specialist that again didn’t solve my problem and then promised to call me back within 20 minutes.

I’m talking about how I’m paying a ridiculous price for the highest speed internet and I’m not getting that. Also, I was NOT aware of a price hike. I’ve been a customer for so long and with a member of my family working from home, it’s unacceptable.

My jaw was sore for two months. The big problem is that he has to be on canned food until the sutures heal. It's going to be really hard getting him back to kibble.
