I was on the phone for 40 min, then transferred to Tier 2 specialist that again didn’t solve my problem and then promised to call me back within 20 minutes.

I’m talking about how I’m paying a ridiculous price for the highest speed internet and I’m not getting that. Also, I was NOT aware of a price hike. I’ve been a customer for so long and with a member of my family working from home, it’s unacceptable.
