    @CoxComm is always out in my area. As a person who works from home it’s extremely unprofessional to have to call out 3 times this week because issues with your service . This is ridiculous I’ve had to call 4 times in the last month due to issues with my internet. #dobetter

    @CoxHelp Thanks, I was able to access it on my desktop, but only over cellular on my iPhone. It may also be my router as I have a lot of dropped frames streaming lately, but I’ve got a replacement for that, hopefully that’ll fix it.

    Current Starlink customer. Very satisfied. Moving to a new townhouse where I won't be able to use @Starlink anymore. Deinstall/reinstall costs $205, and same-day move isn't 100% certainty, so I'm switching to @CoxComm. Also, mounting to the townhouse would be a challenge w/HOA. If a window bracket mount didn't cost ~$500 (from Poland), I'd be inclined keep Starlink.

    @CoxHelp @CoxComm you guys are just the worst and have a choke hold on my area. You have been down since 6am, some of have use you for work. You charge way too much for **** service. And before you say the standard line about issues in my are and are working on it. That is a bs!

    @CoxHelp Your company literally said that it would be taken care of by 8 PM today and now there’s constant ******* issue once again I ended your company literally deserves to give us a full ******* refund for the month. This is not what we’re paying for. No one is paying for this.

    2 weeks ago,we hooked our 4 camera blink system & it is not working - 1/2 screen & no signal or image with only some activity in front/back. The Blink tech told me to unplug my Cox wifi then, download a strange website to run a speed test! WHAAAT? Idiots! @CoxHelp @blinkforhome
