    But my mom only has gigablast internet and it’s $98 after tax, the same internet you’re tryna charge me $140 for. I know if I cancel and re sign up I can get that $98 but y’all are so ******* trash if I cancel I have to wait 90 days before I can sign up again!?! @CoxComm

    @CoxHelp 1. Troubleshoot issues correctly the first time so customers won’t have to call back. 2. Train agents on phone etiquette. 3. Warm transfer callers in lieu of blind transfers. 4. Provide a more quality product.

    @CoxComm It should be illegal to provide services this bad to customers. Internet has been going in and out for days! So glad Verizon just started in this area. Cox cable is getting cut ASAP

    Current Starlink customer. Very satisfied. Moving to a new townhouse where I won't be able to use @Starlink anymore. Deinstall/reinstall costs $205, and same-day move isn't 100% certainty, so I'm switching to @CoxComm. Also, mounting to the townhouse would be a challenge w/HOA. If a window bracket mount didn't cost ~$500 (from Poland), I'd be inclined keep Starlink.

    Thank you @CoxComm tech team for changing the return to service time from 8:15 pm then to 5:31 pm and then having it back up right now. You will not see this kind of service with Co[##]st.

    @CoxHelp I tried calling the number Google gave me. Using a Cox phone, your automated service could not hear my replies when I touched my dial pad!

    @CoxHelp My apps indicate there is an outage with a repair time of 6pm. (After being 10am this morning, then noon). I am just curious what the cause of the outage is for my own curiosity.

    @CoxComm terrible cox experience! Modem intermittently cut on and off while we were away. I could not operate my thermostats nor cameras. After hours chat with Cox; I agreed to a new modem for more money each month. And I had to be the Cox delivery man and return the old modem

    @CoxHelp I have services scheduled to be set up tomorrow. I haven’t moved into my unit and I don’t know if i will end up moving there after dealing with incompetent leasing staff. I need to cancel my appointment tomorrow. It’s not allowing me to do it online.
