    @CoxHelp It would not be such a problem if it were occasional, as you say. It happens once a week. Sometimes for hours at a time. Yet, I continue to pay my bill, for the entire month of service.

    @CoxHelp 1. Troubleshoot issues correctly the first time so customers won’t have to call back. 2. Train agents on phone etiquette. 3. Warm transfer callers in lieu of blind transfers. 4. Provide a more quality product.

    Y’all are a whole JOKE charging me $204 a month for tv and internet not that my service agreement is up if I want to cancel tv and keep internet it’s still $140 and month for just internet ?!? @CoxComm

    @CoxHelp the services has been down in my area since 10 am est. every time I have called and have been pushed back further in time. To add insult to injury I was offered a $10 credit when I told them I do work from home and was losing income. Smh

    @ATT I have been trying to get my AT&T fiber service moved since Friday and I’m about to switch to @CoxComm. I’m tired of hours on phone and chat. I need escalation as I have now moved and have no internet connection. Install order: 24-772634777325547 was supposed to happen today, now I get a message they are not coming and don’t know when they will. If someone needs to be here, then that’s not an answer I can act on. @CoxComm says the can be out this afternoon

    Hey @CoxHelp, I know there is an outage right now, but if it's just 940 Park Blvd 92101 alone that is having the outage reply back with confirmation or information. I honestly believe Stalker John is back to criminal tampering taking advantage of LPM's dereliction of duty.

    2 weeks ago,we hooked our 4 camera blink system & it is not working - 1/2 screen & no signal or image with only some activity in front/back. The Blink tech told me to unplug my Cox wifi then, download a strange website to run a speed test! WHAAAT? Idiots! @CoxHelp @blinkforhome
