    @CoxHelp I've been having problems with our cable in our neighborhood for 2 weeks now and still not working right. Is there ever going to be a fix for our problem? I've called but all they tell me is there is a problem and no idea how long to fix. Getting very frustrated.

    @CoxHelp 1. Troubleshoot issues correctly the first time so customers won’t have to call back. 2. Train agents on phone etiquette. 3. Warm transfer callers in lieu of blind transfers. 4. Provide a more quality product.

    But my mom only has gigablast internet and it’s $98 after tax, the same internet you’re tryna charge me $140 for. I know if I cancel and re sign up I can get that $98 but y’all are so ******* trash if I cancel I have to wait 90 days before I can sign up again!?! @CoxComm

    @CoxHelp explain to me how a contract I signed EIGHT YEARS AGO auto renews with NO NOTICE TO ME of the renewal and no notice provided to me of any new contract. On your website it says I’m not subject to ANY contracts yet when I try to cancel you magically say I have to pay a termination fee due to an 8 year old contract you don’t even show record of?

    @coxhelp trying to get a live person, but not working. The cable box attached to my house has come apart. Your guy changed out some connectors a month ago and now the top of the box is off and wires exposed. Probably wind related or something but needs to be fixed

    it's crazy that @CoxHelp will send a whole technician to my house who can't do anything because somewhere in the network cox is apparently doing maintenance and don't tell anyone about the outages! so my internet isn't fixed and it's messing with my job with no ets on a fix 🤠

    @CoxHelp Service is spotty. I’ve had it for two months and have lost 6 days of wfh because of it. The only solution customer service has to offer is upgrade for another $100 a month. smh. Of course, I’m not putting my complete name, address and pin on Twitter.

    @CoxHelp I don't need educated on your BS. I already have that info. I need you to CHANGE your service to better fit the paying consumer. Satisfaction is abysmal. You WILL be replaced as better infrastructure comes online and available.
