    So, @OptimumHelp support says I can “chat” (failed 2 help twice), “call” endless hold or callback option with “over 45 min wait” or “tweet” no response since Friday night. DM w/ no response either! Thought I wanted Altice One now I’m not so sure🤔

    @OptimumHelp Problems with the bedroom box: when I click on DVR I get the error message: (OBV-55) “there’s an issue with this request. please try again later”. this is been going on for days now. Also for apps search & settings (OBV-055)

    @KPMueller Hi. I saw your story from a couple years ago regarding Cablevision and their “modem fee”. It is now $10 per month. I just picked up on this. I have an old brochure stating that the modem is free as long as the customer maintains Optimum Voice.

    Maybe utilities like @JCP_L and @optimum should face major fines for each day a storm knocks out their service. Maybe then they'd actually get serious about upgrading infrastructure. It's not like this hasn't happened many, many times before.

    @OptimumHelp This is your response after 24 hours? The best you can come up with? You need a social media team that can answer questions! It’s the only way to contact you and you don’t even have enough people to respond to posts! Worst customer Service ever!

    @OptimumHelp @optimum No you don’t. Ur not going to help. I cancelled my service on March 11. It was supposed to stop April11 but now u take money out of my account again and tell me when I call that I will get another bill a final bill april23. How does this make sense.

    Welp only manage to go for an hour and 40 minutes because @Optimum gaslit me into thinking my internet was fine. I test it at 6pm and got about 660 down and 18 up. An hour and a half later I'm getting 1000+ ping every 10 seconds on Overwatch

    @optimum I want to thank you. Due to your inability to fix the outage for 4 days. I found that @verizon will save me over 60% when I switch next week so thank you for saving me $180 per month

    @supersat This modem has been rebooted a lot. It really just refuses to get a new channel set. I think this @OptimumHelp @optimum forcing users who choose their own equipment instead of renting their stuff into poor experiences.
