    .@OptimumHelp seems @Optimum service is a yoyo in southern Howell. Internet only went out ~630pm - I called & it was restored then 5 minutes later internet & phone went down, came up & down again - ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @OptimumHelp Problems with the bedroom box: when I click on DVR I get the error message: (OBV-55) “there’s an issue with this request. please try again later”. this is been going on for days now. Also for apps search & settings (OBV-055)

    @OptimumHelp hi Whitney, my question is regarding a note that I believe is included on all bills for internet service so isn't specific to me. I am curious why Optimum would not allow adding email addresses to current accounts.

    @OptimumHelp Thank you for your patience?? OPTIMUM! I have been dealing with this horrific internet service for MONTHS!! You don’t do anything about it. Then when my bill comes I have to pay it or I won’t be able to speak to someone when I try to call! I hate this man!!!!!🤬🤬

    @optimum has got to be the worst service ever! Internet and tv are both down and they’re just like yea maybe it will work in 4 hrs. I wish I had other options so I could ditch these clowns

    @OptimumHelp 15 times a day and 20 times a night now my Altice box reboots and I loose internet. Husband works from home, customer service is useless and all the store could do was tell me they would send a tech. This has been going on now for 6 days. I call five times a day.

    @OptimumHelp our most recent bill has a note stating “Starting May 4, customers will no longer be able to create new Optimum email addresses. Active email addresses created prior to that date will continue to be supported.” Is this the start of dropping email service totally?

    @KPMueller Hi. I saw your story from a couple years ago regarding Cablevision and their “modem fee”. It is now $10 per month. I just picked up on this. I have an old brochure stating that the modem is free as long as the customer maintains Optimum Voice.

    @OptimumHelp This is your response after 24 hours? The best you can come up with? You need a social media team that can answer questions! It’s the only way to contact you and you don’t even have enough people to respond to posts! Worst customer Service ever!

    @GovMurphy Need to fix @optimum NOW. Internet/TV went out 10 hours AFTER storm passed and been down 11 hours so far. People who work home due to pandemic can't. They are not communicating info.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum No you don’t. Ur not going to help. I cancelled my service on March 11. It was supposed to stop April11 but now u take money out of my account again and tell me when I call that I will get another bill a final bill april23. How does this make sense.

    Welp only manage to go for an hour and 40 minutes because @Optimum gaslit me into thinking my internet was fine. I test it at 6pm and got about 660 down and 18 up. An hour and a half later I'm getting 1000+ ping every 10 seconds on Overwatch

    @optimum I want to thank you. Due to your inability to fix the outage for 4 days. I found that @verizon will save me over 60% when I switch next week so thank you for saving me $180 per month

    @supersat This modem has been rebooted a lot. It really just refuses to get a new channel set. I think this @OptimumHelp @optimum forcing users who choose their own equipment instead of renting their stuff into poor experiences.
