    .@OptimumHelp seems @Optimum service is a yoyo in southern Howell. Internet only went out ~630pm - I called & it was restored then 5 minutes later internet & phone went down, came up & down again - ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @OptimumHelp This is your response after 24 hours? The best you can come up with? You need a social media team that can answer questions! It’s the only way to contact you and you don’t even have enough people to respond to posts! Worst customer Service ever!

    @OptimumHelp This would now be my 4th attempt at a response from you with nothing, nada, no even acknowledgement of my existence, until my bill is due I’m sure!...40 hours with no service, unable to work since Tuesday, no estimate of when service will be back. Am I in the Twilight Zone?

    @GovMurphy Need to fix @optimum NOW. Internet/TV went out 10 hours AFTER storm passed and been down 11 hours so far. People who work home due to pandemic can't. They are not communicating info.

    @OptimumHelp our most recent bill has a note stating “Starting May 4, customers will no longer be able to create new Optimum email addresses. Active email addresses created prior to that date will continue to be supported.” Is this the start of dropping email service totally?

    @optimum Came back to this service,WiFi is Very Slow, can’t play On Demand or DVR without having glitches. Called for service, tech can’t offer help, didn’t want to transfer to manager and after a long wait while he typed, he offered he can take $1 off for the lost services.

    Maybe utilities like @JCP_L and @optimum should face major fines for each day a storm knocks out their service. Maybe then they'd actually get serious about upgrading infrastructure. It's not like this hasn't happened many, many times before.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    Dear @OptimumHelp @optimum This is not a good thing. 714000000 Hz 0.7 dBmV 32.5 dB Corrected 128,969,223 UnCorrected 10,416,162 Amount of symbols being force corrected is exhibition of an issue. Your tech was polite however you do not empower him to actually support this.
