    @OptimumHelp Some of your subscribers? Your crews are mobilized? 40+ hours of no connectivity to cable, phone and internet and crews are finally mobilized? Yet still no information on where there are mobilized or when service can be expected! Total failure from top down on this one!

    @optimum Came back to this service,WiFi is Very Slow, can’t play On Demand or DVR without having glitches. Called for service, tech can’t offer help, didn’t want to transfer to manager and after a long wait while he typed, he offered he can take $1 off for the lost services.

    @OptimumHelp This is your response after 24 hours? The best you can come up with? You need a social media team that can answer questions! It’s the only way to contact you and you don’t even have enough people to respond to posts! Worst customer Service ever!

    @OptimumHelp our most recent bill has a note stating “Starting May 4, customers will no longer be able to create new Optimum email addresses. Active email addresses created prior to that date will continue to be supported.” Is this the start of dropping email service totally?

    @optimum @OptimumHelp I have 2 virtual medical appts for my 86yo mother and no cable or internet service. You guys are the worst. No tech until Tuesday? This happens all too often. I guess it’s @verizonfios

    @OptimumHelp need a little help, I am again getting an email stating one of my email accounts hasn’t been accessed in 90 days & will be deleted in 7 days. It has been accessed as required as of a week or so ago. This email is going to all my other email accounts. Please advise

    @OptimumHelp I certainly hope that is true, from previous “discussions” with optimum in the change of email service, after 5/2021, if an account is deleted by you or customer, we can’t get it back. All our accounts are needed and used.

    @OptimumHelp Thank you for your patience?? OPTIMUM! I have been dealing with this horrific internet service for MONTHS!! You don’t do anything about it. Then when my bill comes I have to pay it or I won’t be able to speak to someone when I try to call! I hate this man!!!!!🤬🤬

    @KPMueller Hi. I saw your story from a couple years ago regarding Cablevision and their “modem fee”. It is now $10 per month. I just picked up on this. I have an old brochure stating that the modem is free as long as the customer maintains Optimum Voice.

    One I get gift card I’m going back to @optimum . You can’t claim you’re 5G internet is good as cable when connection for smart home is terrible, mind you you’re gateway an on window sill with “excellent” signal.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Well online chat doesn’t work. Call the customer service line and I get hanged up on since I use speakerphone and they say that’s against company policy. Going to the store tomorrow to cancel.

    WARNING: if you are considering @optimum @optimumonline for your internet service, don't. They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.
