Called for service, tech can’t offer help, didn’t want to transfer to manager and after a long wait while he typed, he offered he can take $1 off for the lost services.

Active email addresses created prior to that date will continue to be supported.” Is this the start of dropping email service totally?

I just picked up on this. I have an old brochure stating that the modem is free as long as the customer maintains Optimum Voice.

They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service. They still demand payment. Outrageous.
