    @OptimumHelp I’m trying to register a new modem. During online registering, I’m forced to select the modem I’m replacing but no options are provided. Without options, I can’t swap it. There aren’t any agents answering the help line. I need help or another internet provider.

    What a disgrace Optimum cable is. We had a technician come to our house, he could not figure out a problem so he just left and told us he will be back. Never came back. Called and waited on hold for an hour. Finally tech figured something out after hours Bad. @optimum @AlticeUSA

    @optimum you have horrible service. Your service rep left my house a mess. Never came back when after leaving to pick something up. Your call center never called back. This is an embarrassment.

    @News12LI you should do a story on the terrible service @optimum and @AlticeUSA provide their customers. 45 min wait at 1 of only 2 stores that they have open for all of Nassau CO. Meanwhile your reporter STONE got preferential treatment while other slaves to cable waiting.

    @OptimumHelp Can someone help me figure out how to change channels? We are stuck on Channel 12. I changed remote batteries already. The mute and volume buttons are working fine.

    Finally cancelling @optimum , can’t wait to switch over to @verizonfios. #OptimumOnline is the worst company I’ve ever interacted with. I’m getting over charged for a service I don’t receive and they refused to help me at all. Plus fios is $5 less than I pay now Seeee ya! 👋

    @OptimumHelp I have been on hold for technical support for 2 hrs the help online chat no answer . I need this for work. If I don’t work I can’t pay you. Which you will turn off service . So could someone answer the phone or do something please #worstcustomerservice

    @optimum doesn’t care and that’s the tea. The customer service is over seas and isn’t used to providing good service. You have neglected to help my family during this time and my sister was unable to use the WiFi during her AP tests.

    @OptimumHelp your customer service is terrible. 45 minute wait at your “store”. No seating. This “store” 45 min from my home. 2 stores serving all of Nassau CO. Horrendous! @News12LI your reporter Stone here getting preferential treatment while other slaves to cable wait.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum @AlticeUSA #optimum this is the worst company filled with liars. I was promised a 3 year monthly amount guaranteed by the retention center. I just got a bill that was $175 more than I’m supposed to pay. And terrible customer service

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
