    @OptimumHelp For the last 2 weeks we have had intermittent internet access which is very frustrating. Our bill went up about $20 without warning and the service got worse. We have had Net issues before and replaced the modem. always works for about a month then gets spotty

    @OptimumHelp. I'm in zip code 10567. Got an email saying service was restored. It isn't. And yes, I reset the router...twice. "Router Init Failed" is displayed...same as it has been since Wednesday.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
