    @OptimumHelp there are a lot of us without any service in Croton. The automated number tells us there’s an outage in our area but they won’t give us an estimate for when we will have it back.

    @OptimumHelp For the last 2 weeks we have had intermittent internet access which is very frustrating. Our bill went up about $20 without warning and the service got worse. We have had Net issues before and replaced the modem. always works for about a month then gets spotty

    @OptimumHelp @optimum @AlticeUSA 2.5 hours on hold with no help. Finally spent an hour waiting on the online chat only to be told that You won’t send a new remote until we ship the old one back. Or just go to the store. Neither option is something I can do.

    @OptimumHelp You emailed me that my service is restored. What a lie! Rebooted cable box and modem 5 times and nothing. Of course no one answers the phones or chat or Tweets. So I guess I now pay too much money for literally nothing. 🤬🤬

    @optimum THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WAS DOUBLE CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR PAYMENT AND YOU WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I CALLED AT 8.15 SPOKE TO DAVID, REFUSED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. WHY ARE YOU ALL STEALING MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS

    @RayCloud65 @MsThingtheonly @optimum It seems to be their MO these days. The automate answering service hangs up on you with no chance to speak to anyone. The customers are working from home, if we don’t have service, we can’t work/get paid, and then not pay optimum’s bill. Start to issue credits. Ready to cancel.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum No you don’t. Ur not going to help. I cancelled my service on March 11. It was supposed to stop April11 but now u take money out of my account again and tell me when I call that I will get another bill a final bill april23. How does this make sense.

    Welp only manage to go for an hour and 40 minutes because @Optimum gaslit me into thinking my internet was fine. I test it at 6pm and got about 660 down and 18 up. An hour and a half later I'm getting 1000+ ping every 10 seconds on Overwatch

    @optimum I want to thank you. Due to your inability to fix the outage for 4 days. I found that @verizon will save me over 60% when I switch next week so thank you for saving me $180 per month

    @supersat This modem has been rebooted a lot. It really just refuses to get a new channel set. I think this @OptimumHelp @optimum forcing users who choose their own equipment instead of renting their stuff into poor experiences.
