    Who am I supposed to reach out to @optimum if I have an outside line issue? Customer service says all they can do is read notes. I’ve had two technicians out in the past two weeks who have said they called for a outside tech to lower power at the tap. No one has come out! Help!!!

    @OptimumHelp your customer service is terrible. 45 minute wait at your “store”. No seating. This “store” 45 min from my home. 2 stores serving all of Nassau CO. Horrendous! @News12LI your reporter Stone here getting preferential treatment while other slaves to cable wait.

    Um… I was talking to someone from CS from @optimum about my wifi going out, and then I heard a sudden LOUD commotion in the background. Like a stampede of people all yelling behind them. I’m still on hold… with elevator music playing #WTF

    @OptimumHelp been trying to get intouch with someone for help regarsing my wifi for a whole week. Been on hold for a cumulative 10+ hours. Messaged on Twitter and even spoke to your remote chat online. Absolutely no help at all.

    @News12LI you should do a story on the terrible service @optimum and @AlticeUSA provide their customers. 45 min wait at 1 of only 2 stores that they have open for all of Nassau CO. Meanwhile your reporter STONE got preferential treatment while other slaves to cable waiting.

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
