    Kudos to @optimum for their genius policy! 🏆🙌🏼 They don’t refund you for lost service until after they resolve your issue. So they just never resolve the issue and never have to provide service nor refund customers. #SmartBusiness

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled
