    @optimum commercial talks bad about @verizonfios yet Fios is an amazing service. We moved and had to go back to Optimum and they are the worst. Miss our Fios service, we paid less then Optimum and got more. Fios is the way to go

    @noelthasco @optimum on the service. The quote I receive for life was $83.49. It consists of 69.99 for Optimum 1G, Gateway of 10.00 and Network enhancement fee of 3.50. I just need me account switch to the plan, the internet upgraded and the billing updated.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    This is a joke right? @optimum @OptimumHelp states they will help but once you call they say No and Hang up on you. They also won’t do anything that has an audit trail. They hate putting things in writing.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
