    @OptimumHelp Optimum you suck! I waited hours for a technician who NEVER SHOWED UP! I have crappy internet SINCE MARCH 31!!! My college student cannot participate in her online classes. This is unacceptable!!

    @noelthasco @optimum on the service. The quote I receive for life was $83.49. It consists of 69.99 for Optimum 1G, Gateway of 10.00 and Network enhancement fee of 3.50. I just need me account switch to the plan, the internet upgraded and the billing updated.

    @OptimumHelp Part 3- they literally just called me back and canceled tomorrow’s appointment too. I mean, at least they had the courtesy to cancel this time instead of just being a no show...This is UNREAL.

    @optimum the issues at 2462 Main Street Bridgehampton, 11932 have still not been addressed. It has been MONTHS of us complaining. We are literally an AV company with an ISP who doesnt seem to care about us

    @optimum I’m in Sag Harbor, NY. Long Island. All of a sudden today my cable box went out. Kept trying to reset. Not working. And now my WiFi is out. Says Weak Connection. Is there a service outage in the area? Could it be possible both are malfunctioning at same time HELP!!

I placed an order to upgrade my internet service to 1G/1G on March 19th, the technician came today to switch the modem and then said that I needed to contact sales to let them know the modem has been installed and they can turn

    @optimum Maybe when it actually works. Mines been cutting out for a week and a half. Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.
