And now my WiFi is out. Says Weak Connection. Is there a service outage in the area? Could it be possible both are malfunctioning at same time HELP!!

It consists of 69.99 for Optimum 1G, Gateway of 10.00 and Network enhancement fee of 3.50. I just need me account switch to the plan, the internet upgraded and the billing updated.
