    I live in a neighborhood of 116 homes which have lost internet, cable and phone service again @optimum @OptimumHelp We pay a high fee for poor service and insufficient response. Nothing since Friday afternoon- that’s no work or school! #Optimum

    Going to just start documenting every issue with @OptimumHelp service outage today at 10:45am. All lights remained on the modem. Lost connectivity twice ... 30min hold time.

    Intermittent service since May 23 - 10-15 times a day services out everyday-tech comes out 6/16 thinks he can fix problem.Wires are all over our property but it’s working. Waiting to hear how we get underground wire crew here. Request a service credit from @OptimumHelp DENIED 😡

    @OptimumHelp What would be helpful for a service company like yours is a map showing where crews are currently located so we customers can see progress and get an idea of when the rest of us may be up. Otherwise, looks like service restore is *****-nilly.

    What a joke @optimum is! Won’t give credits cause you don’t call problem in... wait time over 45 minutes. Saturday go to store to get new router even after I told phone tech that was not the problem. Internet and phone have gone out multiple times still UGH

    Hey @OptimumHelp! Our neighborhood was getting outage alerts starting Thursday. No one in our development has service but all of us are told there’s no outage. I got a tech scheduled Tuesday… he’s gonna get ambushed by my neighbor who has to wait till Saturday.

    @Smoltog @optimum Omg my grandparents had the same problem for over a YEAR! My mom literally went to the store, they said it was canceled and they wouldn’t be charged again and YET THEY STILL DID!

    @optimum @AlticeUSA @OptimumHelp when someone tells you they will provide an update even over email if they prefer to no longer hear me screaming about this I’d still expect the email. At 8pm limited service and no communication - again.

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    Day 2 of @optimum bring out in Brooklyn. Customer service is awful as always. Criminally bad service. Somehow everyone with Verizon still has service. Can not wait for @verizonfios availability on my block

    @optimum get it right. I tried to change service and asked for my ss number. Then tried to cxl and was kept getting new sales ideas. Couldn’t speak to a manager. Get it right. @BarstoolBigCat

    OK @optimum — help me understand this. Chat (after logging in): “You must call to get a Port Code.” Call support: Refused to help and hung up. Store visit: Gave my phone number and got the Port Code email instantly. No ID check. No name verification. Make this make sense.

    Hey @optimum Cancelled optimum mobile, returned the device unopened, was told that was all I needed to do to cancel, then I had to cancel again. So here I am waiting to cancel the credit card charge that you didn't prevent. Wassup.

    These major corporations like @optimum and @UPS use India or Pakistan for their call centers, knowing a lot of us have trouble understanding these people but they care more about saving money than they do about their customers. And their customers are the ones making them money! Heck, those people in the call centers have trouble understanding us too. Why do big corporations do this? Is saving money more logical than helping your customers? Or, when it comes to making money, does logic just go out the window?
