    @OptimumHelp @optimum @AlticeUSA 2.5 hours on hold with no help. Finally spent an hour waiting on the online chat only to be told that You won’t send a new remote until we ship the old one back. Or just go to the store. Neither option is something I can do.

    What a joke @optimum is! Won’t give credits cause you don’t call problem in. Wait time is one tan 45 minutes! Got new router Saturday even after I told phone technician that was not the problem and guess what no internet and phone yesterday and today. Ugh!

    I live in a neighborhood of 116 homes which have lost internet, cable and phone service again @optimum @OptimumHelp We pay a high fee for poor service and insufficient response. Nothing since Friday afternoon- that’s no work or school! #Optimum

    @OptimumHelp You emailed me that my service is restored. What a lie! Rebooted cable box and modem 5 times and nothing. Of course no one answers the phones or chat or Tweets. So I guess I now pay too much money for literally nothing. 🤬🤬

    Hey @OptimumHelp! Our neighborhood was getting outage alerts starting Thursday. No one in our development has service but all of us are told there’s no outage. I got a tech scheduled Tuesday… he’s gonna get ambushed by my neighbor who has to wait till Saturday.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Do you know if an Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 modem is compatible and would be able to be provisioned on your cable internet? I do not have voice service (phone). Just want to make sure before purchasing, thank you.
