    @OptimumHelp Trying to create an Optimum ID and can't! I'm on my home optimum network, and it still tells me I need to be on my home network. I can't talk to any one because I can't sign in. I can't sign in because I can't create an ID. It's a vicious cycle.

    @OptimumHelp we’ve been out of service since Tuesday... unable to work because we can not connect both our work tablets to the internet. “Err” on out boxes. The town has power, why isn’t the service restored. We’ve been beyond patient

    @dbearak @RuFan130 @BrooklynNets @Yankees I thought about it but the cost of internet on its own plus a streaming provider would have been slightly less all in than haggling down optimum. Threaten to leave and they’ll make it work

    One of the worst service in New Jersey is @optimum customer care they just disconnect phone with out hearing it . I tried 10 times to get the connection they are least bothered about it . Worst customer care service I ever saw , service guys does not know anything #optimum

    Just had to switch from Verizon Fios to @optimum Altice because moved and had no choice. It has been a horror story from the get go. It wasn’t installed correctly, they never checked if WiFi was working, it hasn’t worked from the beginning PLUS there’s been an outage for days!

    @OptimumHelp We live in Basking Ridge. Our cable service keeps sputtering, pixelating, and cutting out. I was on hold for an hour last night with customer support and I gave up.

    @pickmyflorez @optimum Omg I just got off the phone with my dad about this. It’s soo slow and it’s always crashing. I’m so sick of this trash! They “fixed it” months ago and it just got worse.

    Waiting for my 5th tech visit from @optimum and I get a phone call from them. It’s not my tech - they’re calling about the mobile plan offer. Customer Service already told me they would remove me from that list. Why does every customer service agent directly lie to customers?

    @optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
