Confirmed last night via computer call, they called at 8am and said tech is on the way. No show. I took off work to wait and they did not even call to say they were not coming.

Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
