    Maybe utilities like @JCP_L and @optimum should face major fines for each day a storm knocks out their service. Maybe then they'd actually get serious about upgrading infrastructure. It's not like this hasn't happened many, many times before.

    .@OptimumHelp seems @Optimum service is a yoyo in southern Howell. Internet only went out ~630pm - I called & it was restored then 5 minutes later internet & phone went down, came up & down again - ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @optimum has to have one of the worst customer service for a cable company. I cancelled my cable portion of the bill but had to keep the internet portion because nothing else available here. I’m sending @the_ironsheik to break their jabroni backs. #optimumsuxs #jabronis

    @OptimumHelp 15 times a day and 20 times a night now my Altice box reboots and I loose internet. Husband works from home, customer service is useless and all the store could do was tell me they would send a tech. This has been going on now for 6 days. I call five times a day.

    @OptimumHelp I have been trying for the last 2 days to reach somebody, No cables,home phone Internet is out. A work from home no answer when you call and when they do answered a hang up. I live in the Jackson Lakewood area borderline on Delaware trail. When will it be back on

    @optimum I’ve lost all my children networks and yes network for as customer service said “a glitch” have to wait to Wednesday for someone to come out

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum Maybe when it actually works. Mines been cutting out for a week and a half. Spent a hour and a half on the phone with customer service and they made it worse. Even got a new modem. Maybe you should teach your service technicians how to replace coaxial lines instead of just running a bypass.
