Whats wrong with @optimum, have seen internet go down 5 times since morning. Started my day at 8.00 AM & internet dropped 5 times by 11.30. Was an awkward situation dropping out unexpected on important calls at office. Hope @OptimumHelp has some resolution for these daily issues.

WARNING: if you are considering @optimum @optimumonline for your internet service, don't. They are a dishonest company that scams its customers, falsely telling them they can lower their costs by opening a "free" mobile line. It's not free. You cancel the service.
