    @OptimumHelp Thank you for your patience?? OPTIMUM! I have been dealing with this horrific internet service for MONTHS!! You don’t do anything about it. Then when my bill comes I have to pay it or I won’t be able to speak to someone when I try to call! I hate this man!!!!!🤬🤬

    @OptimumHelp our WiFi is not working. Cable is working. Reset both modem and router 2x. Internet out on cable connected computer as well. Husband says been happening sporadically but now has been solidly out for hour

    @KPMueller Hi. I saw your story from a couple years ago regarding Cablevision and their “modem fee”. It is now $10 per month. I just picked up on this. I have an old brochure stating that the modem is free as long as the customer maintains Optimum Voice.

    @OptimumHelp your customer serive is deplorable. I sent a message 3 days ago and nothing. Not surprising at all but my service still sucks. I pay for 200 and I am barely scraping 100. Upload speeds are at 5
