    @AlticeUSA @OptimumHelp @optimum It has more than 8 hours since you disconnected my internet without prior intimation. It is against the law, as per @GovMurphy executive order #126..no action has been take even after multiple calls to your customer service. This is just not done!

    @OptimumHelp our WiFi is not working. Cable is working. Reset both modem and router 2x. Internet out on cable connected computer as well. Husband says been happening sporadically but now has been solidly out for hour

    We today my #mondaythoughts are how does @optimum stay in business! I've dealt with a lot of big companies before, but this has to be the Worst Customer Service EVER! Almost Impossible to get a person on the phone. When you do you just get the run around! Very Disappointed 😟

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
