    @OptimumHelp You have NOT been any help. After a dozen hours of wasted time, which includes the tech that came to our home, we still cannot watch TV. DirectV looks great now.

    Hey @optimum @OptimumHelp your telephone staff is actually worse than your service, and that’s saying quite a lot. Calling Verizon as soon as this call is finished.

    Don't get @optimum for ANY services. They haven't worked in the months we've lived here. So I bought my own equipment. Same problem. Now it's my fault. What was your excuse when I used yours? How stupid do you think I am?!?

    @OptimumHelp I lost service tv phone internet 12 hours ago on 6 David drive north Brunswick I been on hold for 1 1/2 hrs I need service . PSE&G putting cable in the whole street did they cut a cable or is the outage know to you HELP

    @OptimumHelp your customer serive is deplorable. I sent a message 3 days ago and nothing. Not surprising at all but my service still sucks. I pay for 200 and I am barely scraping 100. Upload speeds are at 5

    Whats wrong with @optimum, have seen internet go down 5 times since morning. Started my day at 8.00 AM & internet dropped 5 times by 11.30. Was an awkward situation dropping out unexpected on important calls at office. Hope @OptimumHelp has some resolution for these daily issues.

    Gotta love how @optimum charges me $80 for a technician to come out and fix the problem that their own technician caused when my service was installed AND ALSO refuses to honor the discount that was promised because it took 4 wks of arguing with them to get a tech sent out at all

    @OptimumHelp I had a service appt today btwn 2 and 5, and the tech actually showed up at 2. He reset my modem and router with a paper clip, and then left. Is it no wonder that I'm still experiencing severe internet outages??? Please help!!!

    Ill never forget how upset i was when MMD first started being shown on YES. Cablevision was fighting and wouldn’t agree to carry yes still in those times

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum No MLB network and still a problem with MSG you guys are embarrassing! Don’t you realize you’re dying a slow painful death. Everything is streaming. And Verizon isn’t pulling these shenanigans. Get your **** together or I’m going to Verizon by the end of the week.

    @optimum @paramountnet It’s been a few days with no sound on the network? Called Optumum yesterday and did a reset and data reset - still nothing. Come on guys @BarRescue is new tonight and it’s hard to watch with no volume.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum I am going to dig up the box at the end of the property to whats inside first. I have to make sure there is ZERO issue on my side or else the techs dont do anything.
