    @optimum why is it I call to cancel my service after being treated like a second class citizen, only to be persuaded to try Altice for less and actually get more. Well your tech comes at 10:45 for an 8-11 appt. Starts setting it up then a half hour later can't finish it.

    @optimum is an absolute joke. By far the WORST internet provider I have ever dealt with. Been having Internet issues for TWO weeks and every time I call there’s a different reason why it’s causing it. And an excuse why you can’t send a technician out. @OptimumHelp
