It is against the law, as per @GovMurphy executive order #126..no action has been take even after multiple calls to your customer service. This is just not done!

CSR gave me a service appt for 10AM today. Actual window 10AM-8PM. Can’t get through to a person. Gonna cut this cord. #worst

A subcontractor was out Wednesday. He could not perform the work necessary to fix our service. He called in a ticket- when are you coming out?
