Well your tech comes at 10:45 for an 8-11 appt. Starts setting it up then a half hour later can't finish it.

There is no direct path to speak to a manager without waiting for a callback. Call back timeframe can be 2 to 4 hours. How is that even reasonable? Your company is horrible.
