    @Suddenlink ive been hard down for an hour. 30 min on with your tech support and their only suggestion was to boot the devices...like i did not try that myself before calling....oh, and its still gonna be 2 more days for a tech to come out...

    @SuddenlinkHelp no service in Prosper. Over 18 hours no update and the ridiculous process of a recorded phone call telling me to reboot. We know we are down and we need someone to acknowledge and tell us when it will be up and running

    @SuddenlinkHelp @Suddenlink 48 hours and counting for outage in our neighborhood. No internet no cable. Repeated calls by neighbors in last 2 days to you and your reps still deny there is an outage. Problem starts Sunday afternoon and you might be able to send someone wed night.

    @Suddenlink I have never been treated so poorly as a new customer. You have taken so much of my time from me, drug me through the mud, been rudely spoken to, misinformation …. The lack of service and common decency afforded to me by your organization is unfounded.

    Was informed by staff there is internet outage at Paris, TX office again. @SuddenlinkBiz @Suddenlink @SuddenlinkHelp is doing terrible job. It's seriously affecting our small clinic and patient care. Hope Suddenlink fixes it soon.

    @tyto_ty Lowest of the low in tier. They are the worst ISP in the US. .5 in BBB reviews they should be put out of business immediately. They are not customer centric AT ALL. Theres a reason why they rebranded from suddenlink to optimum. Dogshit

    @metronetfiber worked in our yard yesterday and cut the @Suddenlink @optimum cord for our Internet and honestly I’m not sure whether this was intentional or accidental…but no one can come help us for almost a week.

    Been with @optimum ever since they switched from suddenlink. Since the switch. The usual great internet service has gone to ****. Constantly going out, not hitting even close to the speeds I pay for.
