    @Suddenlink do you know that your service in Greenville NC SUCKS!!! Channels keep freezing up!! Totally seems worth the price hike. You need to get your **** together in Eastern North Carolina!!!

    @metronetfiber worked in our yard yesterday and cut the @Suddenlink @optimum cord for our Internet and honestly I’m not sure whether this was intentional or accidental…but no one can come help us for almost a week.

    @SuddenlinkHelp I’m frustrated with your phone support system. I’ve been trying to get this new cable modem setup for 2.5 hours. I was supposed to get a call back by 5:30. I called again & was sent to the back of the line. When I got the last call it hung up

    About to just give up streaming and it's 120% @optimum's fault. Worthless *** ISP still hasn't gotten its **** together. It's been three months of this sub-2mbps upload horseshit when we pay for 20mbps. It was never this consistently bad before they bought out Suddenlink.

    @DavidMarts13 My fav scams I have encountered were the guy who tried 2 get me 2 believe that mom's suddenlink cable was through DirecTV & if I didn't get him access 2 her cable boxes she would lose her service by the next Monday. Didn't get anything but laughed @ & years later still got cable.

    @Suddenlink @optimum the rebranding is a joke. I rely on my home internet for work & they just get worse by the quarter I feel. More like #Droptimum ..they cost me money but demand more fees for less service. Literal days with out service. That’s not a modern company. It’s trash
