Almost 2 years of streaming and they still throttle my connection to speeds around 100 KBS when they only give me a max of 5 MBS.

Agijud (@Agijud) reported@optimum sucks! No better than @suddenlink with billing. They take 30 days to post a pmt then disconnect business service b/c of "late fee" that wasnt part of the original invoice, even though they are reason it was posted late. Try to pay online. Can't login-tech issues.
