    @Suddenlink @SuddenlinkHelp apparently has two customer service lines. The first one (who I have argued with three times now) seems to be contracted out to people who read prompts and have no real answers or solution and the second line is what you get when tell the prompts you

    So, @ATT has stated they won’t charge any extra fees for data use during this storm, and since I’ve had no wifi since Sunday, that’s a godsend. How to not be a useless garbage company 101. @Suddenlink , take notes, and stop being dogshit.

    @AlticeUSA Have Suddenlink in Tyler Texas. The customer service is deplorable. Long wait times at the store, long wait times by phone. Reps not equipped to answer questions. Horrible product, horrible company, bad employees.

    All I'm saying is I saw the parking lot for the Tyler @AlticeUSA / @Suddenlink center cleared of snow better than any @CityofTyler street today... It was like it had never happened, so I'll expect all employees to be at work for them regardless of street conditions.

    @wooknponub I went through that a few years back with Suddenlink which is now Optimum. Over an hour for them to figure it out and I had a Motorola surfboard which was one of the most common cable modems. Their service was trash also so moved to fiber once it was available
