  Hey @optimum been waiting on our “escalated” phone call for over a week. Cable/tv service has been buffering and blinking off and on for 2 months. Spent hours on the chat and phone calls was hoping for better but just like Suddenlink!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  .(1) Gotta love the customer service environment we live in now (heavy sarcasm). After my final parent passed away in Logan, WV, I set up a security system with the only isp who has a monopoly in that city. Suddenlink transformed into Optimum retaining the monopoly. When I went
