@Suddenlink @optimum the rebranding is a joke. I rely on my home internet for work & they just get worse by the quarter I feel. More like #Droptimum ..they cost me money but demand more fees for less service. Literal days with out service. That’s not a modern company. It’s trash

Suddenlink/ Optimum - service is out again in the Auburn, CA area. Their service and reliability is terrible and their customer service is worse.

Been with @optimum ever since they switched from suddenlink. Since the switch. The usual great internet service has gone to ****. Constantly going out, not hitting even close to the speeds I pay for.

They may go by Optimum now instead of Suddenlink, but a name change doesn't change the fact that their internet is still objectively ****. Almost 2 years of streaming and they still throttle my connection to speeds around 100 KBS when they only give me a max of 5 MBS.

@Disob3yed Suddenlink ~> Optimum lol It’s usually around 4-500 down so I was surprised when I ran the speed test. I pay for 1gig though so I shouldn’t be. Getting fiber as soon as possible though

Welp ended early because apparently the last 30 minutes wasnt going through to twitch? Either cause my internet is *** or cause obs spiked in cpu usage. **** like this is so demotivating. Thanks for the *** internet @Suddenlink I'm tired of my up and down dropping daily

@GamersNexus Optimum (Suddenlink) Constant outages and no fiber. So bad the Louisiana government had to step in after their massive folly after Hurricane Laura.

  • Tiger90Steve
Rockstarlawyer (@Tiger90Steve) reported from Prosper, Texas

@Suddenlink (now Optimum) might be the worst internet provider on Earth.
