Repeated calls by neighbors in last 2 days to you and your reps still deny there is an outage. Problem starts Sunday afternoon and you might be able to send someone wed night.

After multiple calls from myself and neighbors in last 3 days a tech called me 2 hours ago to say tap in neighborhood is bad and he will open a maint ticket. No eta on fix. Its like you want customers to go to ATT.

Then I call back and take 10 minutes to get to customer service, I’m on hold for another 10 minutes, and you hang up on me again #quality
