After multiple calls from myself and neighbors in last 3 days a tech called me 2 hours ago to say tap in neighborhood is bad and he will open a maint ticket. No eta on fix. Its like you want customers to go to ATT.

Then I call back and take 10 minutes to get to customer service, I’m on hold for another 10 minutes, and you hang up on me again #quality

Yeah we tried them last and they REALLY pissed us off. If you have more than like 4-6 devices connected they throttle the speed like crazy. So 2 cells, 2 TVs, 3 computers, 2 iPads, Security system, and misc things added up fast. And with the other fiber company, the city or whoever would keep digging and hitting the lines and cutting the service for who knows how long. And also just random outages for whatever reason.
