    @SuddenlinkHelp you lost a customer today due to your poor install and customer service. As new home owners move into our neighborhood I will make sure to direct them to the competition. All you had to do was deliver the services that was purchased.

    @SuddenlinkHelp 73rd hour with no cable or internet. After multiple calls from myself and neighbors in last 3 days a tech called me 2 hours ago to say tap in neighborhood is bad and he will open a maint ticket. No eta on fix. Its like you want customers to go to ATT.

    @Suddenlink ive been hard down for an hour. 30 min on with your tech support and their only suggestion was to boot the devices...like i did not try that myself before calling....oh, and its still gonna be 2 more days for a tech to come out...

    @SuddenlinkHelp no service in Prosper. Over 18 hours no update and the ridiculous process of a recorded phone call telling me to reboot. We know we are down and we need someone to acknowledge and tell us when it will be up and running

    Day 10 and still no wifi!! We have a huuuge outage! My mobile hotspot is at its limit. I cant watch tv, cant do any youtube videos or live streams. I can barely work from home. This is crazy!!! @SuddenlinkHelp

    @SuddenlinkHelp Horrible install. Still not finished. Tech took down phone and internet yesterday for equipment swap, couldn't get it back up. Promised to call and show up today, still no one nor internet or phone. Tech support says someone will come out tomorrow.

    @Suddenlink I have never been treated so poorly as a new customer. You have taken so much of my time from me, drug me through the mud, been rudely spoken to, misinformation …. The lack of service and common decency afforded to me by your organization is unfounded.

    @SuddenlinkHelp kids can’t do homework, people who work from home and or self employed cannot do work. I can’t do a simple contract. Very unhappy w service and truly no ne else to choose for service.

    @kels_11 I don't think I would use Suddenlink/Optimum anyway. Never heard of Vexus either. I'm leaning towards Spectrum right now.

    It really upsets me to see different, internet service providers rolling out 5 gigabits tier for their internet service while Suddenlink now Optimum isn't doing anything for my area.
