Other internet providers have promised me an installation date and then the day of the installation they cancel because they don’t service my area. I’m hoping this time it’s different.

Be prepared - agents will fake the “sir are you still there? I can’t hear you” bit and disconnect you. Had to call 3 times before someone auctioned my request. #optimum #ISP
