Mary Ann Price (@AnnPricewv) reported@optimum, worst business model EVER - terrible service, inability to provide reliable internet, unwillingness to clean up Suddenlink infrastructure (going back to derecho), annual rate increases. 5g from TMobile looking more attractive!
-
Susan W. Linden (@SusanWLinden1) reported@weekley Customer service for Suddenlink was basically non-existent. Optimum isn't any better. Locally they can't do anything at their stores except trade out/give out/take back cable boxes. We turned two DVR boxes in months ago and we are still being charged for them no matter (cont)

Mike Johnson (@bitz_mike) reported@optimum is the worst ISP in Tyler Texas. I thought suddenlink was bad but wow they did sell the company to people who run it worse. Can’t get a tech for 4 days when problems arise that phone support can’t help with. #done @ATT has new internet out here and @Starlink is another option where cables won’t be the problem.
