It must be removed from my bill it is theft of service!! I cannot get any customer service!!

Jarad ice (@Jarad_ice) reported@GamersNexus I've never had any of these ISPs. However, I've had Verizon (DSL), Frontier (DSL), Suddenlink (DOCSIS)(Optimum now) and now CAS Cable a local DOCSIS 3.1 provider. Out of all those CAS is best and Frontier DSL has been the worst and CAS has been the best.

Kristi (@Krisdwill) reported@optimum has to be the WORST customer service and actuall service in the world. You can change your name from suddenlink to optimum but, it all still sucks. We dropped cable almost a month ago, turned in our ONLY box & we have the receipt... 1/2
