    @Suddenlink do you know that your service in Greenville NC SUCKS!!! Channels keep freezing up!! Totally seems worth the price hike. You need to get your **** together in Eastern North Carolina!!!

    @metronetfiber worked in our yard yesterday and cut the @Suddenlink @optimum cord for our Internet and honestly I’m not sure whether this was intentional or accidental…but no one can come help us for almost a week.

    @__KISH I had to deal with them over the past two years and it’s an absolute **** show they removed the Suddenlink store in Kinston so the only place to go when you have a problem is Greenville like what the hell

    @optimum @metronetfiber also, when a customer is complaining about your practices, maybe teach your customer service reps to not get an attitude and say he doesn't want to hear this complaining -@Suddenlink used to advertise (new) customer rates on existing customer bills & did not honor those rates

    @OptimumHelp - No snow, rain, or ice in Charleston WV and no Optimum internet service for 2 days. Optimum, Altice, or Suddenlink, the name doesn't matter, it's still crappy service!
