I saw a @OptimumHelp truck today and spoke to the guy who said we now know there’s an issue in your area. Ridiculous it took them a week and countless calls for them to figure this out.

One time I got some one was told they can’t schedule a service. Thus is unacceptable. especially now when we are trying to work from home and save our job
