    @optimum the worst billing ever, we called and were told now there is errors on our bill?! To wait for a call back Monday, bill just changes prices every other month, we gotta do better, increases every year for downgrades in service, #fedup

    @optimum committed fraud they signed our name to an order that they never completed. They said that a tech would be out to complete it and no one is showing up they commit illegal orders why because they think they can. How many times do you call their employees are pathetic

    Hey guys, DON’T EVER PURCHASE @OPTIMUM! Their cable service is atrocious & their customer service is incredibly rude. Paying hundreds of dollars a month to continuously have scrambled channels with not one solution ever presented. CUT THE CORD I SAY!

    @OptimumHelp hellllloooo? Going on 14 hours without service in Lindenhurst. Text said the outage was resolved. It isn’t. I think it’s time to switch to @verizonfios. Ridiculous! We can’t work remotely without WiFi 🤬

    @optimum I was on the phone with you + @ATT for 8 freaking hours, yall took my whole day away from me just to transfer and unlock my phone took me all day just to get a damn unlock codem paid 600 bucks to pay off my at&t account just for my phone still not to be activated..this isnt right

    @OptimumHelp @optimum You are not going to help. Look back through my call log and my service history and you will see nothing has been done since last summer after many hours I have put in to get this resolved. It makes your company look terrible.
