    @OptimumHelp We have spent hours in Optimum Chat with NO resolution. Honestly if we could switch service right now, we would. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist.

    Anyone out there have any idea how to get through to a real person @optimum in CT? It’s kinda shocking, I’m not reaching out to complain about outage (which I have) but simply want to pay my Bill. Trying to do the right thing since they haven’t even sent me a bill in months!!!

    Anyone living in Litchfield County CT and need new cable service....think twice if picking @optimum !! I know the system is stressed but I’ve worked in the service industry for 27 years and they left me holding the short end of the stick today and spent HOURS waiting for nothing!

    @optimum @optimum this is no way to treat well paying customers. My husband and I are working from home. We need properly internet. And I am not receiving all of the expensive premium service that a I am paying for.

    @OptimumHelp I have been w/out internet service since 12:15pm yesterday. Can't get a tech person on the phone to help or at least give me an idea of when it will be resolved. Your service is absolutely deplorable. I did call the retention dept yesterday and I'm ready to cancel.

    After the terrible service from @optimum it will be good to switch to another internet provider ASAP. 6 days of internet issues without a plan for resolution. Never again.

    @OptimumHelp Phone & internet were down at our store In Scarsdale for 5-1/2 days after Tues storm. Up for a few hours today, then went out again. Losing sales and customer confidence. How about some help and transparency?

    @OptimumHelp my bill just increased by $ 14.74! When looking at details I am being charged $10.47 for Regional Sports. Never signed up for Regional Sports. Please help clear this up

    @OptimumHelp I’ve been resetting my equipment for hours, but my service is still offline. The optimum hotspot nearby was also out for a while- that is back, but not at home. Too tired to play reset the router with tech support right now, but please look into this.

    @OptimumHelp what is wrong with the TBS feed I want to watch the game but the entire channel is like slow motion stills which would be fine if the audio didn’t cut out as well. Radio calls for baseball are good and on TV maybe avant garde but this is awful and i looked fwrd 2 it.

    @OptimumHelp yesterday had received two call backs with no agent on other side. Then this morning got a call back with live person who then said they’d have to call me back but never did. I just want my dvr to work #poorcustomerservice #cutthecord

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum it’s really awesome that every sporting event I watch with your service is roughly 2-3 minutes delayed and I get score updates before they happen on my screen.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.

    @optimum thank for nothing. Canceled my service and returned all equipment. Just to wake up this morning and see u decided to take more money. Was told I was paid in full and we would be done but u still want to charge me money.
