    @optimum customers beware: Lately I’ve been having several local numbers call my landline claiming to be reps of Optimum. They simply call me “ma’am” instead of the name on my account & hang up when questioned as to why my caller ID says “wireless caller.”

    @optimumhelp who do I gotta complain to in order to get my WiFi fixed? For weeks now it cuts in and out constantly. I hate that I’m paying for WiFi when the damn WiFi doesn’t even work properly.

    @optimum I recently got your fiber 1gig connection; which came with Altice Gateway (GR240BG), this is an all-in-one ONT/router/WiFi Access Point. Crappy device. Can you tell me what are the compatible ONT devices you support? Would appreciate if tech can call me..

    @OptimumHelp extremely disappointed with your service. Even after my payment and using the service for more than one year, you’ve disconnected my internet and your rep on phone is saying he can’t restore my service for 48hours. That’s ridiculous! Big fail.

    @OptimumHelp @optimum @OptimumHelp new customer signup I ws told no install fee but invoice shows install fee of 59 , I chat they cant help I call 973 230 2036 they keep transferring me from billing to online sales to cust. service Such bad exp. for a new cust.its loss of trust!

    @optimum Dealing with five different reps to resolve an issue, and every single one wastes my time trying to sell me a mobile package I have zero interest in. And when I say so, they continue trying, knowing that all I care about is resolving my issue. Cut the crap, fellas.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
