    Gotta love my @optimum internet that downloads the first gig of my update at 85-95 Mbps and then downloads the remaining gig at 1.5 Mbps. Just amazing quality service. Uh oh looks like it’s down to 75.6 Kbps now! Feels like dialup now!

    @optimum customers beware: Lately I’ve been having several local numbers call my landline claiming to be reps of Optimum. They simply call me “ma’am” instead of the name on my account & hang up when questioned as to why my caller ID says “wireless caller.”

    @OptimumHelp I’ve had a chat agent tell me for the last 4 hours they were working on my issue and it would be resolved in the next 2-3 minutes, how does it take this long to transfer an ID?

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
