    @optimum customers beware: Lately I’ve been having several local numbers call my landline claiming to be reps of Optimum. They simply call me “ma’am” instead of the name on my account & hang up when questioned as to why my caller ID says “wireless caller.”

    @OptimumHelp extremely disappointed with your service. Even after my payment and using the service for more than one year, you’ve disconnected my internet and your rep on phone is saying he can’t restore my service for 48hours. That’s ridiculous! Big fail.

    @optimumhelp who do I gotta complain to in order to get my WiFi fixed? For weeks now it cuts in and out constantly. I hate that I’m paying for WiFi when the damn WiFi doesn’t even work properly.

    @OptimumHelp I’ve had a chat agent tell me for the last 4 hours they were working on my issue and it would be resolved in the next 2-3 minutes, how does it take this long to transfer an ID?

    Gotta love my @optimum internet that downloads the first gig of my update at 85-95 Mbps and then downloads the remaining gig at 1.5 Mbps. Just amazing quality service. Uh oh looks like it’s down to 75.6 Kbps now! Feels like dialup now!

    @OptimumHelp outage AGAIN in Edison, NJ. This happens ALL THE TIME! I hate optimum tbh-we live in a small 60ft location. The internet sucks in every room except the one with the router and the internet is never, ever stable. It sucks! @verizonfios please help!! We need you here!

    I have called @optimum yesterday and today to inquire about being overcharged the past few months. They had not notified me of the increase in my bill. Today I have been waiting over an hour on the phone with them just to get a hold of a customer service rep.@OptimumHelp

    I used to like @optimum. Now, I have experienced a succession of epic failures on their part that has forever soured their reputation for me: Billing me for equipment I don’t own, randomly charging me for service I didn’t have, now their TV and net has been down for a day. Trash.

    @AlticeUSA @OptimumHelp @optimum It has more than 8 hours since you disconnected my internet without prior intimation. It is against the law, as per @GovMurphy executive order #126..no action has been take even after multiple calls to your customer service. This is just not done!

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    @SuzytheFox @OptimumHelp @optimum It couldn’t have been more generic. It’s also insulting that they try to make you believe it was a unique answer just for you. Wondering when my bill will go down. I’d ditch ESPN if I could. That’s a large part of the bill and it’s bundled.
